What is Post Production?
Post-production is part of filmmaking, video production and photography process. It occurs in the making of motion pictures, television programs, radio programs, advertising, audio recordings, photography, and digital art. It is a term for all stages of production occurring after the actual end of shooting and/or recording the completed work.
All tasks carried out after the initial footage has been shot, such as editing, special effects and audio processing, are described as “post production”. Using colour correction, special effects and sound mixing, post production can be the main influence in the overall mood of a film, image or music score.
Digital Productions FX started up 7 years ago providing affordable post-production, music creation, filming services and headshot photography. All of our photography and filming work is location-based of which we use regular locations around London / South East depending on the shoot or film we are producing.
